1:54 Contemporary African Art Fair returns to London with its third edition, which welcomes 33 exhibitors and five invited Special Projects, presenting more than 150 artists. FORUM, 1:54’s conversations series, will explore the invisible border between the ‘Maghreb’, North Africa, and sub-Saharan Africa and investigate whether there is a cultural distinction between the regions.
Last year, we shared a two part visual grid feature on artists being exhibited at 1:54 which you loved. This year, we’re highlighting 27 new artists you should see as a preview to the fair.
